What an excellent book!!! Concise, practical and encouraging/motivating for all of us who deal with difficult people in our jobs.

Lynne is so insightful with her observations and so practical in her suggestions. I love how at the end of each chapter she summarizes "What you know" and "What to do next".

What a wonderful "how to" book that was practical, comical, useful and fun to read. I learned so much from Lynne Franklin on how to get what I want- what a great subject!
